From 1 September 2014, we are launching the operations of our new Controlling and Reporting Department

At present, we are exercising 1-level control, which will be replaced by 2-level control starting from 1 September 2014. This change will bring more certainty and guarantee as regards the correctness of account keeping for our clients. We will place more emphasis on reporting and on providing more frequent and regular information to our clients on their interim financial results, outstanding receivables and payables, as well as the process of sending collection letters to debtors and their subsequent publication in the Central Register of Debtors.

Annual Financial Statements

Every year, an output and an a presentation of our work are annual financial statements in printed and bound format appended with digitalised accounting records and associated reports on CD. Since 2011 (for the accounting year 2011), we have been providing processed outputs to our clients in electronic format. This results in material savings and guarantees improved archiving, as well as the durability of the processed data and accounting records. The clients are provided with all data processed by us. At the same time, we follow the modern trend of data digitalisation.

Data Outputs & Analyses

Our accounting software allows us to present a number of outputs in graphic format. We can compare output data for several years retrospectively and monitor the development of net income, costs and revenues, best-paying customers, etc. We can also examine the cost and revenue structure on a percentage basis.

With the use of the mean value, we can forecast the probable tax base based on data for the previous twelve months.

We continuously monitor new and amended legislation

We have subscriptions for expert periodicals and we continuously educate ourselves and familiarize with valid laws, decrees and regulations.
